For creators
Set up your profile, connect your social accounts, work through a campaign, and get paid.
Getting started
Create your account, finish onboarding, and connect your channels.
- How Social Native worksBrands brief a campaign, we match you to it, you create and submit content, and you get paid once it is approved and live.
- Creating your account and finishing onboardingOnboarding is seven steps, starting with connecting a social account. Your PayPal email is set separately, under Profile.
- Your Home dashboardHome shows what needs you next. Up next is the queue; the tiles are a running count of your work.
- What brands can see about youYour profile, your connected-channel stats, and your history with that brand. Not your address, and not your private data.
- Messages and notificationsMessages is your notification feed — invites, approvals, feedback and payments. It is not a chat with brands.
- Connecting your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accountsConnecting a channel proves you own it and lets us pull follower and engagement stats. We never post on your behalf.
- Why Instagram needs a Professional account and a Facebook PageMeta only exposes post metrics for Professional accounts linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts cannot be connected.
Campaigns
From invite to approved post — what happens at each stage and what you do.
- Your campaign timeline, step by stepThe tracker on each campaign shows exactly what you owe and who you are waiting on. The steps vary by campaign.
- Accepting or declining an inviteRead the brief first. Accepting is not a guarantee of a spot — the brand still confirms its roster.
- Reading a campaign briefEvery field in the campaign details, and what each one commits you to before you hit accept.
- Creating and submitting your contentUpload your content for review before you post. Nothing should go live on your channel until it is approved.
- Concepts, raw files and imagesSome campaigns add a concept round before you shoot, or ask for raw footage and stills after your content is accepted.
- Spark and Partnership ad codesSome campaigns ask for an ad code so the brand can put paid spend behind your post. Nothing is added to it — it runs exactly as posted.
- Rounds of edits: how many revisions to expectBriefs can cap how many revision rounds a campaign includes. Check the number before you accept.
- When a campaign closesOnce a campaign completes or your invite is paid, the submission form closes and you can no longer upload or edit.
- When changes are requested or content is rejectedChanges requested means edit and resubmit. Rejected means the submission did not meet the brief.
- Posting and submitting your post URLOnce the campaign goes live, post the approved content on your channel and paste the URL back into the campaign.

Product and shipping
Campaigns that involve physical product — receiving it, missing it, returning it.
- Getting your product, and tracking itThe brief says whether the brand ships it or you buy it. When they ship, the campaign page tracks the parcel.
- Product campaigns: receiving, missing and returning productSome campaigns ship you product to create with. If you cannot complete the campaign, the product usually has to come back.
Policies
The rules of the creator community and what puts an account at risk.
- Disclosing a paid partnershipDisclosure is a legal obligation, not a brand preference. The creator terms make it your responsibility.
- Music, logos and other people in your contentYou have to own or be cleared for everything in your content — including the track, background brands, and anyone identifiable in shot.
- Creator Code of ConductWhat will get an account suspended: reselling gifted product, sharing promo codes, contacting brands directly, and failing to return product.
Troubleshooting
Login problems, expired connections, and changed handles.
- Login issuesMost login problems come down to signing in with a different method than you signed up with.
- Reconnecting an expired social accountAccess tokens expire. If we cannot read your posts, reconnect the channel from your profile.
- You changed your handle or made a new accountRenaming a channel is fine and syncs automatically. A brand-new channel needs to be connected as a new account.
