Getting your product, and tracking it
The brief says whether the brand ships it or you buy it. When they ship, the campaign page tracks the parcel.

The campaign details tell you how you get the product, under Getting the product.
The brand ships it to you
The product is sent to the address on your profile. Keep that current — a campaign cannot ship to an address you have not given us, and correcting it after dispatch is rarely possible.
The campaign page tracks the parcel, so you do not have to email and ask:
| What it says | What it means |
|---|---|
| We need a shipping address | Nothing can be sent yet — add a delivery address and the brand will send your product |
| Your product is being prepared | With the brand, not yet dispatched |
| Your product is on its way | Dispatched. Track shipment follows it with the carrier |
| Your product has arrived | Marked delivered |
| This shipment was cancelled | Something stopped it — get in touch if you were expecting product |
Use Track shipment first when a delivery feels slow. Carrier tracking is more current than we are, and most "where is my product" questions are answered there.
You purchase the product
On these, you buy it yourself — sometimes with a code the campaign provides, sometimes off the shelf — and the cost is accounted for in the payout rather than reimbursed separately.
Two things to check before you accept:
- What it costs against the payout. If you are fronting the money, make sure the deal still works after the purchase.
- That you can actually get it. If it is not stocked near you and there is no online option, say so before accepting rather than after.
Keep your receipt.
When the product is late
If the tracking has not moved, or there is no tracking at all and the campaign says it was dispatched, email creator.marketing@socialnative.com with your username and the campaign name.
Raise this early. A delivery problem that eats your creation window is much easier to fix while the campaign is still running — we can often extend a deadline, and almost never after it has passed.
Keep the address current
Under Profile, alongside the rest of your details. It is worth checking before a product campaign rather than after you have moved — see Product campaigns for what happens when you cannot complete one.
