When a campaign closes

Once a campaign completes or your invite is paid, the submission form closes and you can no longer upload or edit.

Last reviewed

A delivery is closed once either of these is true:

  • The campaign has finished — its status is Completed or Cancelled.
  • You have already been paid for that invite.

When a delivery closes, the submission form goes away. You cannot upload new content, replace a file, or re-save a caption on it.

Why the form disappears

This is deliberate. Previously the form stayed open forever on settled work, and re-saving even an unchanged caption re-opened an admin review on a campaign that had finished and paid out months earlier. Nobody was watching those reviews, so the edit went nowhere and the creator had no way of knowing.

A closed delivery is done. The record stays visible in My Campaigns — you can still read the brief, your submissions, and the notes on them. It is only writing that stops.

If you need something changed on closed work

Email creator.marketing@socialnative.com with your username and the campaign name. Do not open a new campaign or re-upload elsewhere to work around it.

Realistically: if the campaign has completed and you have been paid, the deliverable is settled and there is usually nothing to change. The common exceptions are a post you need to take down for a personal reason, or a factual correction to a caption — both of which we would rather hear about directly.

Your posts still need to stay live

Closing a delivery does not release you from the posting duration in the brief. If the brief said the post stays up for a set period, that still applies after the campaign completes and after you are paid. Taking a post down early can void the payout for that campaign even retrospectively.
