Posting and submitting your post URL
Once the campaign goes live, post the approved content on your channel and paste the URL back into the campaign.
Last reviewed
After your content is approved, the tracker moves to Launched. If the campaign has not hit its start date it will read "Waiting for launch date" — wait for it.
This article does not apply to every campaign. On some, the brand publishes your content on their own channels and you never post it yourself. Those campaigns have no Submitted URL step and never ask for a link — the tracker goes straight from Launched (showing Awaiting payout) to Paid. If you cannot find anywhere to paste a URL, check whether this is one of them before assuming something is broken.
Posting
When the campaign is live:
- Post the approved content on your own channel.
- Use the approved caption, including every required hashtag and @mention.
- Copy the URL of the published post.
Submitting the URL
Back on the campaign page, paste the URL into the post URL field and hit Save URL. This is how we confirm the post went up and start pulling its performance data.
Submit the real permalink to the post — not your profile URL, and not a shortened link.
If the campaign asks for more than one post, submit each URL as you publish it. The tracker moves to Submitted URL once you have submitted everything the brief requires.
Keep the post up
Posts need to stay live for the duration specified in the brief. Deleting a post early can void the payout for that campaign. Stories stay up for their full 24 hours.
If you cannot submit
- The field will not accept your URL — check it is a link to an individual post on a channel you have connected, not your profile page.
- You have passed the posting window — email creator.marketing@socialnative.com with the URL and the campaign name. We can sometimes still accept a late post, but not always.
- Your connected account has expired — see Reconnecting an expired account.
