Using Coach and Insights

Two AI tools built on your own synced channel data. If you do not see them in the sidebar, they are not switched on for your account yet.

Last reviewed

Insights and Coach sit in your sidebar and both run on the same thing: the data synced from the channels you have connected.

If you cannot see them

These are being rolled out gradually. If Coach and Insights are not in your sidebar, they are not enabled for your account yet — there is nothing wrong and nothing to fix. Going to the URL directly will just show a not-found page.

Insights

Insights reads the last few months of your synced data and turns it into plain statements about your channel — what is working, what changed, who is watching.

Every card shows the numbers it was built from. If a claim looks wrong, open the card and check the underlying figures rather than taking the headline at face value.

If you have more than one channel connected you can look at them together or filter to one at a time.

Coach

Coach is a chat window over the same data. It is aimed at two kinds of question:

Reading your numbers

  • Why is my reach down this month? — compares this window against the one before it
  • What's working in my best posts? — looks at what your top posts have in common
  • Who is my audience? — where they are, their age split, when they are online

Deciding what to make

  • What should I post next? — formats and topics your own best posts point to
  • Draft me a week of posts
  • When should I post instead?

Ask it in your own words; the suggested prompts are just starting points.

Why it might have little to say

Both tools are only as good as the data behind them. If you have just connected a channel, or only connected one, there may not be enough history yet. Connecting your channels and leaving them connected is what makes these useful — see Connecting your accounts.

Neither tool sees your campaign briefs or talks to brands. It is your channel data, for you.
