Your dashboard and Inbox

The dashboard is what needs you across campaigns. The Inbox is the full event feed, filtered by kind.

Last reviewed

Dashboard

Your landing page, and a shortlist rather than a full record: the campaigns that need a decision from you, across everything you are running. Creator rosters waiting for approval, content waiting for review, brief changes proposed by the Social Native team.

If the dashboard is empty, nothing is blocked on you. Campaigns still running are waiting on creators, on us, or on a launch date — see Campaign statuses for which is which.

Inbox

The complete feed of everything that has happened, filtered by kind:

FilterWhat lands here
UnreadAnything you have not opened
InvitesCreators accepting or declining
ApprovalsCreators confirmed, content approved, campaigns launched
FeedbackChanges requested, rejections, notes on content
PaymentsPayouts sent to creators
ReportsPerformance and results

Dashboard answers what do I need to do. Inbox answers what happened. When you are working through a campaign, the dashboard is the better queue; when you are reconstructing why something went the way it did, the Inbox has the history.

Keeping up without living in it

Notifications go to email as well. The one worth acting on quickly is content review — creators cannot post until you have approved, so a submission sitting unreviewed is holding up their delivery and your campaign's launch.
