Rebooking a creator
Add a creator you have worked with straight onto another campaign, without going through matching.
Last reviewed
When a creator has worked out, you do not have to rediscover them. From their profile in Brand Roster, Add to campaign puts them straight onto another live campaign.
How it works
Open the creator, choose the campaign, and pick the platform you want them on if they have more than one connected. They are added to that campaign's roster and invited as normal.
Why rebook rather than re-match
A creator you have already worked with is a known quantity in ways a score cannot capture — they understood your brand, they delivered on time, their content needed one round instead of three. Matching cannot see any of that. Your roster can.
Rebooking is also faster for the creator: they already know the brand, so briefs land with less explanation.
Where to find candidates
The roster's panels are built for this:
- Worth more — flags creators whose content outperformed, including "one post broke out".
- Lapsed — a good relationship that has gone quiet, 90 days since the last delivery.
- Room to do more — creators worth trying on a platform you have not booked them for.
It still goes through the normal flow
Rebooking is an invite, not a booking. The creator can still decline, and their content still goes through review before it is posted. It skips the discovery step, not the process.
