Searching the wider creator network rather than just your own roster. Not enabled on every account.

CRM → Creator Search searches the wider Social Native creator network, rather than only the creators you have already worked with.
If you cannot see it
Creator Search is rolled out per account. If it is not under CRM in your sidebar, it is not enabled for you — there is nothing to fix and no setting to toggle. Ask your Social Native contact if you want it switched on.
Search vs matching
These solve different problems and it is worth being clear which you want:
- Creator Search is you going looking, with your own criteria, outside a campaign.
- Creator matching happens inside the campaign wizard and scores creators against a specific brief, with reasoning attached.
For staffing a campaign, matching is usually the better tool — it is working from the brief rather than your hunches, and it surfaces people you would not have thought to search for. Use search when you have something specific in mind: a market, a niche, a creator you have heard of.
Roster search is separate
