Reviewing content before it goes live
Approve, request changes, or reject each submission. Nothing is published until you approve it.
Last reviewed
Creators upload their content before posting it anywhere. It is reviewed first by the Social Native team against the brief, then it comes to you.
Find submissions on the campaign under content approvals. Your Inbox notifies you when new ones arrive.
The three decisions
Approve — the content is cleared. The creator is told they can post when the campaign goes live.
Request changes — the content is nearly there but something specific needs fixing. The creator edits and resubmits, and it comes back through review. Use this for anything fixable.
Reject — the content does not meet the brief and is not going forward as submitted. A reason is required.
Request changes is almost always the better tool. Rejection ends that submission; a change request keeps it moving.
Write feedback the creator can act on
Whatever you choose, the note goes to the creator. "Doesn't feel right" produces another round of guessing. "The product label is out of frame in the first three seconds — we need it readable in the opening shot" produces a fix.
Each submission has a notes thread, so you and the creator can go back and forth on one piece of content without losing the context.
Captions
Captions are reviewed alongside the content, and can be edited during review rather than sent back. If you edit a caption, the creator is notified and posts the edited version. Check that required hashtags and @mentions from the brief are present — a missing one is the single most common reason content comes back around.
Filtering
Status chips filter by awaiting, approved, rejected, and changes requested, with counts on each. Start with awaiting.
After approval
Approved creators post on their own channels during the campaign's posting window and submit the post URL back to us. That is what closes the loop and triggers their payout.
