Approving your creator roster
Creators who accept an invite come to you for approval. Work through them until the roster is filled.
Last reviewed
Once outreach starts, creators who accept their invite come to you for approval. You will find them on the campaign under creator approvals, and you will be notified in your Inbox.
Working the list
Each creator sits in one of three states:
- Awaiting — needs your decision.
- Approved — on the roster.
- Declined — not on this campaign.
A progress indicator shows how many you have approved against how many the campaign needs, so you can see how far you are from a full roster.
What you see on each creator
Open a creator to see their channels and follower counts, engagement, the categories they create in, past Social Native campaign history, and an AI fit score against this specific brief with the reasoning behind it.
Treat the score as a ranking aid, not a decision. It is matching against the brief; you know things about brand fit that the brief does not capture.
Filtering and sorting
Use the status chips to focus on awaiting decisions, and sort to work through the strongest matches first. On a large campaign this is much faster than going in list order.
Approve more than you need
Not every approved creator completes a campaign — people drop out, content gets rejected, life happens. If you approve exactly the number you need, you will finish short. Building in headroom is the norm.
Declining
Declining is a normal part of casting and creators are told it happens. The creator sees "Brand declined" on their side, and the campaign moves on.
