Inviting your team
Invite colleagues from Settings. They get an invite link, accept it, and land on your brand.

Campaigns rarely belong to one person — someone writes the brief, someone else signs off the content. Settings is where you add them.
Sending an invite
Under Invite team member, enter their email address and send. They get a link; accepting it gives them access to your brand and drops them on the dashboard.
Active members lists everyone who currently has access.
Before you invite
Two things worth checking, because both are easier to get right than to unpick:
- The email address. The invite is tied to it, so a typo means the link goes nowhere useful and you send another.
- That they should have access. Brand access includes campaigns, budgets, creator contact detail and results. Treat it as you would any account with commercial data in it.
If an invite is not working
- The link says invalid or incomplete. Links can be malformed by email clients that wrap long URLs. Resend it, or have them copy the whole URL into the address bar.
- They accepted but see the wrong brand. They likely accepted while signed in as a different account. Have them sign out, sign back in with the invited address, and open the link again.
- They never got it. Check spam, then confirm the address in Active members or the pending invite list.
Removing access
Remove people from Active members when they change role or leave. This is worth an occasional look — access tends to accumulate quietly, and nobody is reminded to clean it up.
